Thank you for using Heartland Storehouse, LLC to help secure your family’s future. Please read the following contract carefully, whereas you and Heartland Storehouse, LLC will be bound by the terms herein.
There are several purchasing options for you. Each option is listed below with its corresponding term payments and monthly or annual charges for purchasing food and paying for storage space.
Buying all food up front.
When you buy all your food up front, Heartland Storehouse, LLC will store it for you in our facility for one year. 12 months of storage is included in the purchase price. After 12 months, the annual and monthly charge for storage space per option of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 person food storage is listed below.

You may also pick up your order at our facility within two weeks of us receiving it and there will be no storage fee. (See individual items)
Buying your Foundation Package on a 24 or 36 month term.
When you buy your food storage on a 24 or 36 month term the following chart shows the monthly charge per option of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 person food storage.
These prices include your monthly storage fee.

When you buy the 24 or 36 month term plan, you will receive a bill monthly for the amount shown on the above chart.
Storage rates are locked and will stay the same until all of your food has been purchased. Your rate will then be adjusted to reflect the current storage only rate which is now $20.00 per 150 cubic feet. (enough for an average family)
When you accept the contract you agree to pay Heartland Storehouse, LLC according to the amount on the charts above each month for 24 or 36 months depending which option you choose. This charge will cover both the food purchasing cost and rental cost to store the food. We will buy your food in 24 or 36 increments depending on your term selection. After your 24 or 36 month term payments are complete, you further agree to pay Heartland Storehouse, LLC according to the chart A above, each month or annually for food storage until you pick it up from our facility or have us deliver it (delivery charge will apply). You will be billed monthly or annually on your sign up date. Payment will be due within 30 days. In the event we do not receive payment by the due date, we will not purchase food for your account for the following month. Your account will still be billed the cost of rental space according to chart A. If payment is not received within 20 days of due date, your food supply will be reduced by a $20 fee for each year of food supply and the value of the payment due. Each month of non payment will result in an additional $20 fee for each year supply and the value of the payment due to be reduced from your account. If non-payment occurs until value of food supply is zero, your account will be terminated. All fees may be collected as food value in place of cash.
Heartland Storehouse, LLC orders in bulk quantities. Our shipment dates will vary but our deliveries are scheduled once a month in the first full week of the month. If natural disaster, war, economic instability or other such events cause purchasing food impossible, Heartland Storehouse, LLC reserves the right to stop purchasing food stuffs until food is available. In the event you have paid for a month of food that we have not or cannot recieve, we will refund your money minus any storage fees which might have occurred.
Your food is available to be picked up anytime during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm at our storage facility in Idaho or at our office in Garden City, Utah. If picking it up from our Garden City location, please call before hand so we can have it ready for you. Other times may be available for pick up in emergency situations. If you have purchased all your food it will all be available. If you are purchasing on a 24 or 36 month term, only the food that you have purchased to that point will be available. You must own the entire bag, can, bottle or other packaged item in order to recieve it. Heartland Storehouse will not open any bags, cans, bottles or other package.
